Beginning Memorial Day weekend, the Barberton Public Library will be closed on Sundays through Labor Day 2023. The Community Health Library and the Barberton Library will be closed on Monday, May 29 for Memorial Day.

Chair Yoga, April 11 and 15

Have a seat at noon on May 9 and 23 and improve your flexibility by participating in a free chair yoga class. This gentle program will be led by Colleen Hohl, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor from the Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina. No registration is required.

Adult Guardianship Services of Summit County recruits, trains, and supports volunteers serving as guardians to members of our community. A guardian is a trained, compassionate advocate and surrogate decision-maker. If you want to make a difference in the life of a vulnerable person, come learn about how to become and serve as a guardian on Tuesday, May 9 at 6:00 p.m.

The Genealogy Club meets on Tuesday, May 9 at 10:30 a.m. in the historic Board Room. All experience levels are welcome. The meetings often include a short program followed by a discussion and sharing of ideas, resources, and advice. Registration is required.
